At WarfareDrop.com, every drop is limited and exclusive. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or late orders. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand by the quality of our gear. If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@warfaredrop.com
- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a clear description.
- Once approved, you may be offered a replacement (if stock exists) or a refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Orders
If we send you the wrong item:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
- We’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct product if available. If not, a full refund will be issued.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- The issue is reported within the timeframe stated above.
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.
We will not process refunds if:
- The issue is due to sizing preference or personal change of mind.
- The product shows signs of wear, washing, or tampering.

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
